@VZWSupport Can you confirm your Florida Senior 55+ plan includes 5G service? I can tell you the online description of it says it does. I replaced a phone on my account a couple weeks ago, and the agent made me change my plan because he said the 55+ plan did not cover it. Pls Adv

Wow. @attmobilecenter really is the absolute worst. They sent us a $2000 bill months after we switched to @Verizon. We had no contract and owned our phones outright. The spiteful idiots in sales put through orders and cancellations weeks after we were gone. Total nightmare.

The call started pleasantly, even though it was the 4th one to @Verizon about my aging Ipad. @Verizon typed my email address in wrong, so big tech can’t figure out how to communicate with me. After 70 minutes on the phone. I found a solution. switching cell phone service

CableVision / Optonline :( RATED A FAT BIG ZERO! RUDE, CONDENSENDING, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEMy current cable bill is over $250 with the modem , cable box etc… I had problems back in OCT , NOV , DEC with internet. This prompted me to sign up for Verizon in January.

@VZWSupport Thanks for your quick reply.. tried doing changes online but it’s giving me error that’s why I contacted customer care .. and the answers which I got like only new customer can change do it.. for current customers have to talk to sales agent.
