Solo Leveling: Arise - Complete Tier List
Make the ultimate team of hunters equipped with the best weapons with this comprehensive tier list for Solo Leveling: Arise.
With so many weapons at your disposal, choosing the perfect ones for your character can be quite challenging. While some weapons are better for DPS, others are more suited for tanky hunters. To help you make the right choices, here's a comprehensive weapons tier list for Solo Leveling: Arise.
Solo Leveling: Arise Weapons Tier List
While you can find weapons of three rarities, you should know that the lowest rarity ones aren't your best choice, whether it is for your hunters or Sung Jinwoo. So, to help you choose the correct weapons that make a difference, we'll be taking into account only the SR and SSR-ranked weapons.
Each of those weapons has been placed in one of the four following tiers to help you understand which ones are the best and which ones to avoid. These are the four tiers and what they mean for the weapon:
- S-Tier: These weapons are the best choices for any hunter in Solo Leveling: Arise. You should try to get as many duplicates of them as possible and get them to the highest levels to extract the most value out of them.
- A-Tier: The weapons in this tier can be considered decent overall, but nothing too overpowered. If equipped properly, they can help your character shine in game modes that require a certain type of elemental damage.
- B-Tier: These weapons can be considered alternatives if you don't have any other higher-tier weapons. You'll have to upgrade them and have their dimensional advancement level at +5, to consider these useful.
- C-Tier: These weapons are the most commonly found options, and they are are only good for recycling. Salvage these weapons to get extra 'Traces of Dimensions' rather than letting them take up valuable storage space.
S-Tier Weapons
Name | Rarity | Reason |
---|---|---|
Demonic Plum Flower Sword | SSR | One of the strongest SSR weapon choices for Sung Jinwoo. Makes his attack stats skyrocket and also adds fire-elemental damage. |
The Huntsman | The best light-element SSR weapon in Solo Leveling: Arise. Can shred any boss with light-element weakness within seconds. | |
Thethis' Grimoire | A strong water-element weapon for Sung Jinwoo that can boost his skill damage as well as increase skill CD reset effects. You don't have to worry about running out of Mana with this weapon. | |
Moonshadow | The best dark-element weapon in Solo Leveling: Arise, which is almost similar to Shadow Scythe. It can burst through any game mode with a dark element advantage. | |
Unparalleled Bravery | Even though it's a character-exclusive weapon, its passive skills are best for any hunter on your team. It can significantly increase any hunter's critical hit damage. | |
On a Different Level | It allows hunters to ignore target defense, making it a perfect weapon for any DPS hunter. | |
Solid Logic | Lee Bora's exclusive weapon can be used on any hunter to significantly boost their basic attack damage. | |
West Wind | SR | The best wind-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo. It is the only SR-rank weapon that is on par with the best SSR-ranked options. |
A-Tier Weapons
Name | Rarity | Reason |
---|---|---|
Demon King’s Longsword | SSR | A wind-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo, but is outclassed by West Wind, which provides the added advantage of longer range—a good option as an alternative. |
Shadow Scythe | A strong dark-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo but outclassed by Moon Shadow. Great alternative for Moonshadow or as a dual wield option. | |
Vulcan's Rage | A decent fire-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo, but greatly outclassed by Demonic Plum Long Sword. Great alternative if you're missing that weapon. | |
Intercept | Even though it is character-exclusive, this weapon is a perfect fit for any Dark-type hunter. It can boost their overall attack significantly. | |
Suppressed White Tiger’s Soul | Similar to Intercept, but great for any basic attack-focused DPS hunters. It can significantly boost their Basic Attack damage. | |
Night-Thoughts | If your hunter can deal 'Break' damage, this weapon can work well with them. Increases damage dealt to enemies inflicted with 'Break.' | |
A Gentle Touch | The best option for wind-type hunters because of its direct boost to wind element damage. | |
Eternal Slumber | One of the most popular options for tank-type hunters. This weapon provides a significant boost to their HP stats. | |
Equivalent Exchange | Even though this works best with Choi Jong-In, you can equip this on any DPS hunter, and it will work quite well. | |
Orb of Avarice | SR | A strong fire-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo and a great substitute if you don't have the SSR fire-type options. |
Radiru Family's Longbow | A light-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo and pretty much an SR-version of The Huntsman. Great option for dual-wielding. |
B-Tier Weapons
Name | Rarity | Reason |
---|---|---|
Kasaka's Venom Fang | SR | A decent water-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo, but requires a high advancement level to be useful.Only used for game modes that require water-element and if you don't have Thetis' Grimoire. |
Naga Guardian Dragon's Trident | Same as Kasaka's Venom Fang, minus the poison debuff at maximum advancement level. | |
Baruka's Dagger | A decent wind-type weapon option for Sung Jinwoo, but outclassed by other alternatives which provide much better perks. You should only use it after advancing it to level four and above. | |
Black Hawk | It's a dark-type weapon alternative, but it doesn't have great perks. If you've got it at high advancement, then you can use it in selective game modes. | |
Steel Bow | A great option for most DPS hunters. Provides a good boost to the user's Critical Hit damage. Also, it boosts basic stats after maximum dimensional advancement. | |
Steel Dagger | Another great option for DPS hunters. Significantly increases user's Basic Attack damage. Also, it boosts basic stats after maximum dimensional advancement. | |
Ancient Grimoire | A solid option for Mage class hunters. Provides up to a 32% increase in power gauge acquisition as well as boosts the user's attack, defense, and HP. |
C-Tier Weapons
Name | Rarity | Reason |
---|---|---|
Burning Demon's Grimoire | SR | The worst fire-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo. Don't use it unless you don't have a better alternative. |
Knight Killer | Similar to Burning Demon's Grimoire. Outclassed by most daggers in Solo Leveling: Arise. | |
Demon Knight's Spear | A weak light-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo, outclassed by every other light-type alternative. The skillset is also bad. | |
Frostbite Falchion | Worst water-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo because of its weak passive skill. Don't use it unless you don't have a better alternative. | |
Lustrous Dragon Sword | A bad option for a Light-type weapon because its perk only works when Sung Jinwoo's HP is above 80%, so it becomes useless in late-game stages. | |
Orc's Broadsword | A dark-type weapon that is useless in Boss Raids, because you have to kill an enemy to activate its temporary buff. No permanent perks. | |
Dragonscale Broadsword | A subpar fire-type weapon, which is not useful in most game modes because of its passive skill. It only provides a temporary buff, no permanent bonuses. | |
Rock Golem Hammer | The weakest wind-type weapon for Sung Jinwoo in Solo Leveling: Arise. It doesn't provide any damage boost, only a temporary shield. | |
Steel Axe | It's a decent weapon for most hunters, but it only works well for hunters that need Core Attack buffs. | |
Steel Staff | Only useful for selective mages that depend on QTE skills. It's useless for most other hunters unless you have it dimensionally advanced. | |
Steel Longsword | A good option if you've got it at a high advancement level. Or else it doesn't work on most hunters because of its weak passive skill. |
